Anabec X-70 latex-based coating provides a moisture barrier and acts as a primer on interior building surfaces. X-70 is designed to penetrate unfinished surfaces such as wood, brick, block, and unfinished drywall and provides a microbial barrier against mold and moisture. This product is a microbial barrier made possible by using nano-technology from silver, which is a natural antimicrobial in itself. The application of X-70 is perfect for a DIY project as it can simply be painted on with a roller or brush. In order to achieve maximum results, the area must first be cleaned using Anabec’s Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus. Some limitations apply.*
