Modular Crawl Space Access Well

This easy-to-install modular system from WhiteCap is designed with a unique “Grip/Step” feature that aids in emergency exits and meets current building code requirements for egress. It is constructed of maintenance-free high-density polyethylene that is rust and rot-resistant. It is also UV-stabilized for long life in the crawl space. Its versatile features make this a perfect solution for new construction or for home renovation projects.

The Modular Crawl Space Access Well is a system that allows individual parts to stack on top of each other, to increase the depth of the access well to match the foundation height. The base module is 21″ deep by itself, and additional modules add 15 3/8″ to the depth of the well.
